Withdrawal Policy

AQLEEM-A-SUKHAN allows authors to withdraw their manuscript from the publication process under specific conditions. Requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing and include a valid reason, such as errors discovered in the manuscript or duplicate submission. Withdrawal requests are considered before the peer review or publication process is completed; manuscripts that have already been published or accepted for publication may not be eligible for withdrawal. The editorial team reviews each request carefully to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of the publication process. Withdrawal does not exempt authors from any fees already incurred, and AQLEEM-A-SUKHAN reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the stated conditions.
